Store Policies/FAQ

  • We only accept exchanges and returns for items that are NOT custom made. Custom made items are final sale.
  • Refunds accepted. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, must be unworn in order to receive full refund.
  • we DO accept exchanges for items of EQUAL value. Just contact me within 5 days of delivery & ship back to me within 10 days of delivery.
  • If your item does not fit, you may exchange it for a smaller or larger size (if available)
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once your package is taken to the post office, it is out of my control & now in the hands of USPS. Please make sure to put YOUR correct address during checkout. After it is shipped I cannot change the destination. Please keep in mind there is nothing I can do after it is shipped, we are not mail carriers
Care details & Interactions 
  • To wash any apparel you hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.
  • We are not responsible for damage to any item upon delivery (mistreatment of mail carrier) or AFTER BEING WORN. We will make sure all items are shipped in the appropriate package to avoid any damage.
