Returns & Exchanges

  • ALL sales are final, I do not accept cancellations. 
  • We do no accept returns & we do not issue (cash/money) refunds.
  • REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY.  CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL.
  • STORE CREDIT CAN BE APPLIED AS A DISCOUNT DURING CHECKOUT.  
  • we DO accept exchanges for items of EQUAL value. Just contact me within 5 days of delivery & ship back to me within 10 days of delivery.
  • If your item does not fit, you may exchange it for a smaller or larger size (if available)
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

      Processing Tim

  • Made to order items: 2-4 weeks.
  • Ready to ship items: 1-3 days.
When it comes to made to order items and ready to ship items, each listing will specify the processing time. I will be sure to keep this updated as popular demand grows. 

Shipping

  • Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. 
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once your package is taken to the post office, it is out of my control & now in the hands of USPS. Please make sure to put YOUR correct address during checkout. After it is shipped I cannot change the destination. Please keep in mind there is nothing I can do after it is shipped, we are not mail carriers.

    Care details & Interactions 
    • To wash any apparel you hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.
    • We are not responsible for damage to any item upon delivery or AFTER BEING WORN. We will make sure all items are shipped in the appropriate package to avoid any damage.
